About Summit Pathology
Summit Pathology was formed as a result of the 2007 merger between Greeley Pathologists and Colorado Pathology Associates, two physician-owned pathology groups in northern Colorado.
Our independent pathologists serve the communities of Loveland, Greeley, and Ft. Collins, CO, and provide services to physicians and medical facilities in communities across the rest of Colorado and Wyoming, as well. We are medical directors of the laboratories at McKee Medical Center in Loveland, North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, and Estes Park Medical Center in Estes Park.
All of our pathologists are board-certified by the American Board of Pathology. In addition, most of us also have subspecialty certification and training. We take pride in providing outstanding general surgical pathology, as well as high-level expertise in additional areas such as breast pathology, cytopathology, hematopathology (including flow cytometry), gastrointestinal pathology, dermatopathology, transfusion medicine, microbiology, and clinical chemistry.
Both Colorado Pathology Associates and Greeley Pathologists have a long history of excellent service to Northern Colorado and beyond, and Summit Pathology continues in the same tradition. We will go the extra mile to ensure that the patients and physicians that entrust us with their specimens receive outstanding service and communication.
