Schedule a Courier Pickup
- For pickups outside your normal courier time (including STAT), please call 970-461-6091.
- For changes to routine pickups, please contact Jill Hatfield.
Order Supplies
- Open and print the Summit Pathology/NCCS Supply Order Form.
- Complete the form and either fax to (970) 353-5614 (STAT requests) or place with your next courier run (ROUTINE requests).
- We will deliver your supplies to your office by courier.
