You have the wrong insurance information for me. How can I get it changed?
Our billing service has designed a simple way for you to do this.
Summit Pathology processes your insurance information based on what we receive from either the hospital or doctor's office where your specimen was obtained. If we have incorrect information for you, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience. We want to make it as simple and painless as possible for you to get the correct information to us.
The fastest and easiest way for you to correct your insurance information is to do so online, at our billing service's website, www.pathologybilling.com. There, you can complete an easy-to-follow form that will update your data with our billing service. Please note that it takes three business days after you complete the form for your information to be updated.
