I've received a bill for pathology service from Summit. How do I pay it?
You have multiple options available for paying your bill
There are three main options available for paying your bill from Summit:
- U.S. Mail
You will notice that your bill includes our name and an address at the bottom. You may send your check to Summit Pathology at that address through regular mail. Don't be concerned that the address is not in Colorado; we contract with a national billing service provider to perform our billing services, and the address shown is their office. Please do not send credit card information through the mail. If you wish to pay with a credit card, please use one of the two options outlined below. - Online
One of the easiest ways to pay your bill is to visit www.pathologybilling.com, click "Submit a Payment", and pay your bill with a credit card. Don't worry, the transaction is secure and your personal information is safe. Please note that there is no additional charge for submitting your information in this manner. Also, be sure to write down your confirmation number at the end of the transaction for future reference. - Phone
Finally, if submitting your information online makes you nervous, you may also pay with your credit card using the following toll-free number: (877) 268-0407. Please have your bill handy when you call, so that you can give the billing representative the appropriate information.
