More Information

I'm a doctor, and I don't understand something on this pathology report! Who do I talk to?

A pathologist is always available to discuss anything written on our reports.

Though we take great pride in making our reports useful, readable, and accessible, we totally understand that there are occasions when we write something just doesn't make sense to you. Of course, there are also occasions when typographical errors slip through our review.

If you have a question about a fact or term that is included on our reports, the best person for you to discuss that question with is, of course, the pathologist that signed out the case. There are several ways to contact the signout pathologist. The best way is to call our main number (970-461-6091) and ask for that pathologist. In some cases, you will be directly connected to the pathologist, while in others, the pathologist will have to call you back later. Either way, we will get to your question as soon as we possibly can. You may also use our contact page and send an e-mail to the individual pathologist (just choose the pathologist's name from the drop-down box in the bottom box). Finally, if you need to talk to someone about a report outside of normal business hours, you may use our Pathologist on call page to page the pathologist on duty.

For typographical errors, we will in most cases correct such errors in our reports if you let us know about them. Should you see such an error, please alert either Gretchen or Jill by phone at our main number (970-461-6091) or by e-mail.
