I need formalin bottles or other supplies! Who do I call?
Summit/NCCS will supply all the equipment you need in order to preserve and transport your biopsies and PAP screen specimens.
We have tried to make this as simple as possible. The easiest way to get your supplies is to visit our Office Express page and scroll down to the section on ordering supplies. You can print the order form, fill it out, and place it with your specimens for your next routine courier pickup. Alternatively, you may fax it to the number listed on the form, and we will send your supplies on the next available routine courier run.
