If you have an invoice or received a text message about an outstanding balance, please follow the instructions below to schedule your payment through the appropriate patient portal.

Date of service on or after June 1, 2019

If your bill is RED, follow this link to make payment arrangements or call (855) 307-5719 for support.

Date of service prior to June 1, 2019

If your bill is WHITE or your date of service was before June 1, 2019, call (800) 920-6227 for support.
