Senior Client Relations Specialist (Colorado Springs)
The Senior Client Relations Specialist (SCRS) is responsible for gaining new clients in southern Colorado, maintenance of client referral base and promoting the pathology practice to current and prospective clients. The SCRS will hold additional responsibilities within the Administrative Business Support Office. Essential Responsibilities Include: Develop and maintain favorable relationships, through routine practice visits, with prospective, new and existing clients in order to gain and increase business. Identify and promote services referring physician practices value through interaction with prospective and current clients. Solve problems, answer questions and build a relationship of trust and reliability with the referring physician practices and his/her entire staff. Assist in development of practice-specific marketing materials as needed, i.e.: brochures, logos, business letters, etc., and participation in medical association meetings and other functions as required representing the practice. Monitor and evaluate market trends in the industry and new competitors in the region to remain competitive. Provide written reports regarding current activities on a routine basis. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing objectives to support the pathology practice’s goals in obtaining new referring physician client accounts.
Essential Skills • Strong verbal and customer service skills • Efficient organizational skills: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel • Knowledge in Power Point and Publisher • Marketing or healthcare background, degree, or commensurate experience • Customer service background
Education/Experience: 3-5 years experience in a healthcare or laboratory business support or sales role. • Mid level computer skills in a Windows environment with strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize. • Attention to detail and critical thinking skills are essential. Contractual terms are specific to the individual hired at the agreement of employment and contract completion. Compensation: The Senior Client Relations Specialist is a full-time, non-exempt position. Starting annual salary determined commensurate with experience. Employer provided car or mileage provided, a laptop computer, cell phone reimbursement and an expense account. Office space not provided, the position will operate out of a home office.

Medical Client Services Support
The Client Services Support assistant is responsible for day to day business support for our clients and clerical duties. The primary responsibilities of the office are to accurately distribute pathology reports in a timely manner and provide customer service to patients and physician offices. The office is responsible for correctly processing materials requests for outside expert consultation, second opinion and continuing care purposes.
Medical experience, knowledge of medical terminology, familiarity with pathology a plus! Attention to detail and organizational skills critical to job performance.

Responsibilities include: Specimen processing, embedding, microtomy, staining, and immunohistochemistry to assure timely and high quality preparation of histology specimens.
Applicants will demonstrate competency in using multiple computer systems, practice excellent customer service skills, be willing to work any shift, including weekends and holidays, and demonstrate independent judgement.
Qualified candidates: HT(ASCP) or HTL(ASCP) or eligible. Associate Degree or higher. Two years experience preferred.
